Laboratory Automation Systems and Solutions

Astech can perform the systems integration of commercially available laboratory instruments and devices for common laboratory processes through the use of our proprietary workflow scheduler, LabExpert® and our advanced system control software Relovex®. We have a comprehensive portfolio of products (X-Products®) for the major pharmacopoeia tests encountered in respiratory solid dose and injectable dosage forms. AST Filling Plate case study

During this project, we revolutionised the Antimicrobic Susceptibility Testing (AST) plate production at a well-known, global life science company. Their need to modernise the production process led to us replacing the liquid handler of their semi-automated AST Plate Inspection Station with a new, state-of-the-art liquid handling solution.
