    3 Core Configurations

    We have developed three core Xelair series with unique, defined features: Xelair® 1 Series – Analyst workstations Xelair® 3 Series – Semi-automated platforms Xelair® 5 Series – Fully automated systems

    Xelair® 1 Series

    Automate specific stages of dose uniformity testing. Standard features include interchangeable device nests and adjustable parameters such as shake frequency, duration, amplitude, and wave profile. Each nest supports up to 10 pre-loaded devices for efficient operation.

    Xelair® 3 Series

    Support complete through-life inhaler testing with automated waste firing, configurable collection sequences, and multiple device formats. Pre-approved sequences ensure repeatability and compliance.

    Xelair® 5 Series

    Deliver 24/7 unattended uniformity testing. Supports HPLC integration via automated vial transfer or direct injection. Offers robust data integration through XML export or client-specified SDKs.
